Lvyuan PE sintered vacuum feeder filter element is manufactured from UHMW-PE as a rigid microporous tubular cartridge. The interconnected porous polyethylene structure supports particle filtration in liquid and gas service, while threaded and molded end configurations allow integration with vacuum feeding and process equipment. Porous UHMWPE is an established material for industrial filter tubes and cartridges.
Available with confirmed filtration ratings of 0.2–140 μm and diameters from 10–120 mm, the cartridge can be supplied with customized lengths and interfaces for different industrial filtration solutions.
